The item showed up quickly and it's a delightful cream for the face. Really enjoying it!

The Desert Rose Palette showed up and it matches what I expected. Can't wait to try it out and swap things as they finish up. But here's the kicker: I ordered a couple of tester foundations, and they were nowhere to be found in the package. No word on whether they’re coming later or if they’re just gone. Instead, I got a foundation that’s way too dark for me, more like a toner shade. A little note would’ve been nice. I’ve been told a refund is on the way if those testers aren’t available. I also shot off an email about the missing stuff or a refund. I get that mistakes happen and things can sell out, but I’d really appreciate a response. Thanks a bunch.

I’m still waiting on my order. I paid for shipping, but I can’t track my package since it hasn’t even started the delivery process yet.

It looks like the carrier misplaced my shipment. After reaching out to Acala, I got a replacement just two days later. Really impressive service! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I placed my order on the 9th and after a week, I reached out for an update but got no response. Tried the contact form on the site, but still nothing. The only way I could get a hold of someone was through Instagram, where I got an email address. Guess what? No reply from that either. I messaged again on Instagram and was told, 'Sorry, I’m just the social media manager, so I can’t help.' It feels like I’m just going in circles with no answers or updates. My order hasn’t shipped yet, but they said it’s stuck at customer, even though I’m in the same country as the seller.

I messed up my shipping address and reached out to them right away. I received an automated reply saying I’d hear back in 2-3 days, but here I am a week later with no word. Super disappointed.

I've placed my order with them for the second time, and I really dig the items and how fast they get delivered! It's awesome that I can discover all-natural and plastic-free goods all in one spot.

This dental floss is a disaster. It has impressive eco-friendly features, but the product just doesn't do the job. It's flimsy and breaks way too easily. I just wasted an hour trying to get the frayed bits out from between my teeth. I can still feel them, and it's driving me crazy. Unless your teeth are spaced out like an old fence, I'd steer clear of this.

The dentabs showed up quickly and were in excellent shape. They were nicely wrapped and packaged. This was a present (I know, odd gift choice) so I can't comment on their quality personally, but everything I've purchased from Acala has been top-notch, so I reckon these are just as good.

I'm really happy with the service I got from Acala and the items I purchased. Shopping was a breeze and delivery was super fast! I found out about YFE on Instagram thanks to founder stevieyaaaay. I've been using it for a week, and my skin feels so soft. I combined the Kaolin clay with aloe vera gel to whip up a refreshing face mask. Definitely planning to return, just waiting on the aerosol from Stevie so I can grab it along with the body oil!

I was really surprised by how fast it arrived, especially since I went with the free standard shipping. The packaging was lovely, and the product is fantastic - I finally got my hands on that Yay For Earth lotion! Huge thanks!
